Femme Connection has been a trusted, fast-fashion retailer operating in Australia for over 20 years. Keen to revitalise their online social presence after the impacts of Covid-19, we were approached to renew their visual material across email marketing, Facebook and Instagram as part of a partial re-brand.
We wanted to ‘mature’ their style and give them a stronger niche position with their main clientele. As neither an edgy newcomer or large player in the market, it was vital not to alienate their existing base, so we took great pains to accentuate the maturity that was already present in some of their existing material.
We rationalised their font choices, advised on photography shoots, developed a suite of email templates, and organised a range of online templates among other things to help iterate quickly and gain traction with new markets.
