Testmate is a User Testing Agency based in Melbourne, Australia. They approached us to revamp their identity in a market that already featured some dominant players.

Early on, it became clear to us that their competitive advantages were both their commitment to local-driven insights and the quality of their testers and researchers. We decided to position them in a way that celebrated their Aussie roots – through colour, language and imagery – yet with a sense of modernity and seriousness that was lacking in their competitor’s offerings.

We dictated a specific photographic style, argued for a nuanced injection of ‘Aussie-slang’ in their voice & tone, and crafted a Vision and Mission statement that kept them focused on what mattered most to the end user; building better experiences.

The result is a modern, distinctly Australian brand, that explores the insights generated between testers and researchers.
